You are bringing your dog? Ugh that is going to be tough. There is a fabulously cheap hotel just outside the highway. Metro is Liberte or Charenton. Hotel: http://www.citea.com/hotel/fr/Apparthotel/13/9/Description/Citea-Paris-Porte-de--160-Charenton.html
I think rates are from 65Euro and the rooms have a kitchenetter in them - there is a grocery store about 7 minute walk away so you can make some meals and save a lot of money. You can also get cheap wine at the grocery store. There is a bakery on the same block for fresh bread for breakfast. The hotel offers 7E breakfast too i believe.
Have an amazing time! I really loved Paris even though I never had a desire to go there

i advise vacationing TripAdvisor - just about all motels in any united states are ranked and also you could basically pick the optimal ranked ones cost-useful. different travelers' comments are also listed on each and every motel's TA web page so that you'll be able to study by those. i advise motel living house Moderne contained in the 15th district. it is about seventy six euro a evening for a double room, clean, in a danger-free neighbourhood and ranked 113 out of more advantageous than 1500 motels in Paris, which includes the large expensive 5 popular human being ones.
Cassandra, no, she'll be taking 2 dogs and wants something "cheap in Paris".

The Hôtel Tiquetonne at 6 rue Tiquetonne in the 2nd arr. is one of the only central Paris hotels you will find that run less than 60 euros a night for a double.
I understand that they will accept some pets. I suggest you call in advance and ask them. If you don't speak French it would be a good idea to have someone who is fluent make the call for you since not all staff members have good English language skills. The number is 01-42-36-94-58 and there is also a fax 01-42-36-02-94.
Driving into Paris isn't the best idea since traffic is horrendous and parking is very, very difficult in the city center.
